THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK
You must have long range goals to keep you from being frustrated by short range failures.
Charles Noble
PRE-PRIMARY SCHOOL AVIARY
Thoughts of five little quails that are as timid as can be,
as they scurry around in our aviary.
‘This sure seems like a scary place, with everything done at such a fast, hectic pace.
These little kids are surely very busy, they make our heads feel quite dizzy.’
One little egg Mrs Botts has spotted, it’s speckled and small, round and dotted.
Watch this space and you’ll soon find out, what all this fuss seems to be about!
SCHOLAR PATROL
We are all aware of the valuable and selfless contribution being made by our Scholar Patrol moms. They willingly give of their time once a week to ensure the safety of ALL our children in the morning while crossing the road in the car park from 07h00 07h35.
Because these are busy times, most of the moms who assist with Scholar Patrol are employed in full time jobs, outside of their homes.
Grateful thanks goes to those moms who have helped over the past years, some of whom continue to do so. Their numbers are now so diminished that they cannot continue the way things are.
We would be so grateful if any moms (or dads) who are able to assist us just once a week, would contact Mrs Sarah Hugo on 083 379 5650.
